I am an engineer and I have more than 25 years of experience in different operational functions in companies and non-profit organisations both in Belgium and abroad. Tackling challenging targets in a creative way with a higher added value for the customer gives me energy. However, the focus/targets of the organisation involved must be clearly defined in order to achieve the aimed goal.
Organisations that do not work or hardly work to improve do not have a chance of survival and are not competitive at all. It gives me a tremendous amount of satisfaction when the co-workers that I coached succeed in bringing about improvements. Adequate remuneration for the achieved results ensures that the co-workers are ready to meet the next challenge.
